Got an appointment the same day to check my tire. Found out I needed a new tire and Obed did a great job of keeping me informed on the status and progress. They had to get ahold of a 3rd party insurance company to make sure the new tire was covered, which took a few phone calls and waiting time on hold. Obed was so kind and pleasant. He made sure I had drinks and snacks while I waited. The overall experience was great! More
