Great experience Kade was great, the service depart even more so. They loaned me a car for 4 days while they repaired the AC, did a service inspection, detailed the car, got me a second key fob, and then even delivered my truck to my house in Apopka. Kade. Bad customer service We bought a car 2 weeks ago was told one payment paper work stated another when we called to fight it two weeks later we were told to come to redo pap We bought a car 2 weeks ago was told one payment paper work stated another when we called to fight it two weeks later we were told to come to redo paper work . To find out all of sudden we need 1500 down or we can’t have the car. Mind we now been driving this car for 2 weeks not one person returned our calls we had to get upset to get someone on the phone. So after we stated we don’t have that kind of money there guy Chris finance stated we now can’t have the car we been driving . Which at this point made our original car payment late because we assumed we had a new car. During these 2 weeks not one person called to tell us anything just that they are working on correcting our paperwork. After we stated that this was dirty to do Chris said it’s how it goes mind you he was rude as soon as we got there because he knew they were wrong he lied stated the bank wanted the money when it the dealership that did. He also lied said he will speak to someone since we didn’t have that large amount but what he did was go to the sales guy told him to get our old car . They were wrong to start definitely screwed us over played games. Lake Nissan was great this Jenkins staff dirty and liars. Only good up front person was the sales guy More

From the initial contact with our Salesman (Jamie) to the final delivery every member of the staff was professional, knowledgeable and in most cases a lot of fun. YES, a very fun and enjoyable experience - unheard of in the car sales industry. Thank You Jenkins Nissan for a terrific buying experience. BTW, the Service department has been doing a great job on maintaining our prior vehicle for the past year (we just moved to this area a year ago). More

Service above what could normally be expected I had a warning light on advising that a tire required air. I was near to the dealership and took the vehicle there. It transpired at there was a nai I had a warning light on advising that a tire required air. I was near to the dealership and took the vehicle there. It transpired at there was a nail in the tire in such a position that a replacement tire was required. There was not one in stock but Nick Schettino, the Service Consultant advised that he would order one. He topped up the faulty tire with air and assured me that it would be safe to get me home and to return to the garage. The following day he phoned and advised that a replacement tire had been ordered and that it should arrive that afternoon. In the afternoon I received a phone call from him advising that the tire had been delivered. I returned to the garage and the new tire was fitted. His service quality and concern were excellent. More
