They have no problem wastng your time I bought a new 2017 Titan XD back 0n Dec 26 I waited to do this review until I had a chance to experience their service department. The process to purchase the truck took over five hours , even though we came to agreement on the price in fifteen minutes. To much repetitive questions and paperwork even before getting to the finance manager . The whole process took way to long, Now the service department I made an appointment four days ago to bring the Titan XD DISEL truck in for the one thousand miles check up. I arrived at the service bay for my appointment and was greeted by the greeter who ask the nature of my visit. I told him I was there for the one thousand miles check up on the truck. His reply was we do not have a diesel mechanic he still in school, so I should take my truck to Ocala, Orlando or Clermont they have a diesel mechanic . Maybe a phone call before I got there would been helpful. Again a waste of my time. Next time I will go to Ocala, Orlando or Clermont. Drive a little and save a lot of your time. More
