But our representative Stephen made the process easy. He listened to our needs and shows us our options and we found our vehicle. Our Financial Department Representative Angela was the best not only did she stay late to help us. But me and my Husband are younger and just starting off building credit. She did not stop looking until she found us the BEST deal that not only helped us then bit will help us financially in the future. We really appreciate the service we received. And have found a dealership that we will use and recommend to any and everyone that is in need for a New or used vehicle. More
Worst Experience, was treated like xxxx. I would leave 0 stars if it were allowed. Here’s my story: I went in to look at a 2007 Maxima, ended up falling in love with a 2014 Sentra S. Mind you I would leave 0 stars if it were allowed. Here’s my story: I went in to look at a 2007 Maxima, ended up falling in love with a 2014 Sentra S. Mind you I’m 22 years old and needed a car with no down payment and under 200$ a month. The sales man I worked with knew this. And he did his best to meet my needs. Waited well over 5 hours after settling on the car and discussed monthly payment. Kept getting told it would only be just a “little longer”. Left with the car but 52$ over my budget, fine. One week later the stereo system clunks out for 24 hours (my personal machanic still can’t explain why this would happen). And then 4 days later my check engine light comes on. In the meantime I had some hardships in my personal life. I went in after 13 days of not hearing ANYTHING when I had expected to get a call within 7 to 10 days as promised to resign any paperwork if needed. Get there and wait half an hour until finally the financial lady just happens to walk out and asked if we were waiting on someone and we told her yes we needed to speak with her and we’d requested someone inform her, no one had. Well we get back and she informs us the bank accepted us and our payments are “only going to go up a little bit” WHAT??! What happened to “the banks accept but never raise your payment we quote you”!!??? After discussing that we’d like to back out of the deal before anything gets concrete she brings in the sales manager. Now I have never in my life been treated as terribly as I had in that office. We were told that we were being disrespectful and had a “almost two week joy ride for free”. We explained that with our current home situation and that we’d had money stollen from us and an unexpected trip to the hospital (which mind you was a costly miscarriage) all within the last 5 days that we would not be able to afford the car especially with the payments being higher than previously told. But none of this mattered as he was still angry with us and just did NOT care! I am typically a very nervous non confrontational person with terribly high anxiety, but I felt so humiliated and upset at how we were being talked down to that I spoke up. This was not the car buying experience I expected to happen for my first ever car. I had been humiliated disrespected and talked to like a bad dog. I will NEVER recommend this company, and when I’m ready to get a car again I most certainly will NOT even give this company a second thought! More
