Vehicle recall not performed as specified by manufacturer Received recall notice for my 2009 murano. Scheduled an appointment with Jenkins Nissan of leesburg Florida. Was told by service advisor I would have Received recall notice for my 2009 murano. Scheduled an appointment with Jenkins Nissan of leesburg Florida. Was told by service advisor I would have to pay for service and get reimbursed by Nissan. Reading the recall notice it said no charge for parts and labor for repairs so I pushed back and read the notice to service advisor. They said my recall notice doesn’t matter I’d have to pay. So I said no for now and would call Nissan for clarification. I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. Come to find out they had been under my car hood without authorization while I was talking to the service advisor. So they screwed me somehow but I can’t prove it. Don’t take your car to Jenkins. They act like your best buddy while laughing all the way to the bank. More
