They knew that the mileage indicated the possibility of a need for tire rotati The service manager to the service bay were honest, prompt and caring. They knew that the mileage indicated the possibility of a need for tire rotation but measurements of the tires revealed the same depth on all four tires, therefore, no need to rotate tires, therefore, No charge. I had a factory warranty recall but the id numbers didn't match, so no need to work on that item. The car was detailed after the oil change and total time was very reasonable considering the number of items they needed to check. Every time I've been to this dealership, I've received superior service. More

As it turns out, the tailgate required a part and by the time it was delivered and installed the next day, I was given the option to pick up my car that day or the next. No pressure. No charge. Great customer service!! More
