My latest visit was on Wednesday 11/20/2019 to have my 2017 Nissan Sentra serviced for an oil change. I was assisted by Mr. Ronnie Carter and he was friendly, helpful, and professional. He quoted me a service time of around 2 hours, and was spot on with his assessment. I was in and out in only two hours and this was for a walk in without an appointment. I drove in with out an appointment with I recently received excellent service from the Service Department at Jenkins Nissan located in Leesburg, FL. I drove in with out an appointment with a driver's side window problem. I was greeted by Mr. Ronnie Carter, a Service Advisor, with a through understanding of my problem. He looked up my Nissan Pathfinder in the Service Dept. computer and found that I needed an oil change and a recall notice was also issued for the ABS System. I also had a free battery replacement for my key fob due to my recent Birthday. He took care of everything in a timely manner. I will continue to have my vehicle maintenance perform at this Dealership. Job well done! More
