Fraudulent marketing from internet team I was looking to buy a few years used truck. When found a couple of them at their website, I spoke with internet rep and she mentioned me that besid I was looking to buy a few years used truck. When found a couple of them at their website, I spoke with internet rep and she mentioned me that besides their warranty (which is not bad) that you could get a finance rate from 0% - 9% depends on your credit. My case I have A+ credit score so she said that I could get a 0% on any vehicle! Yes, not only new ones (which we all know that that's available already) but for any year model vehicle! I asked her twice just to make sure and she confirmed it. What a waist of time! When mentioned that to the finance rep he completely denied that that was true. That didn't sit well at all since that was one of the reason that I decided to go 45 mins to check them and besides that the vehicle that I went to see its previous owner was a smoker and you can still smell that in the vehicle. Other vehicle that I liked, requested price at their website and even when onsite, I asked them several times, never was said to me so I still don't know how much it was, the only thing that they gave me was just how much they offered me to pay a month for it, besides, I noticed rear window was left open and water is been having a blast in that vehicle. You could smell the typical smell. They had no idea. Very disappointing. I hope they'll start to do things right from their internet team all the way to the sales dept. Thank you More
