I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum at this dealership. Let me just say Lena Williams was our sales consultant. Lena explained and demonstrated everything on the vehicle and then took us out for a test drive which was longer than any test drive I have ever taken . After we finished finalizing the deal she again went over the vehicle, set up my phone and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove it home. Let’s just say she cost me a lot of money but I would not have purchased the vehicle if it wasn’t for her and her expertise. I would highly recommend Lena Williams!! The dealership was also very helpful and pleasant! More
I requested information on a new Nissan and was asked to come in so they could discuss a deal. When I arrived, someone purported to be a sales manager introduced me to Alvaro and ask for my keys to apprais come in so they could discuss a deal. When I arrived, someone purported to be a sales manager introduced me to Alvaro and ask for my keys to appraise my current car. After looking at a new car, we waited over 15 minutes more to get an initial offer. The offer was less than half their website valued my car. I ask Alvaro if he could get my keys back from their sales manager and I was not interested in negotiating any further. Alvaro attempted to delay me and I informed him that I didn’t want to negotiate further and said I don’t want to be an xxxxxxx about it so just get my keys. He stated as he started walking away, you are already an xxxxxxx. I followed him into their sales office and asked if I heard him correctly and he confirmed his comment and walked away. I asked for his supervisor and was told by one of the witnessing sales reps who said he was Alvaro’s supervisor. I asked if he heard the conversation and he confirmed he did. I asked if it was acceptable that Alvaro called me an xxxxxxx, he said no but he heard the entire conversation and made no correction to Alvaro’s comments. I may be an xxxxxxx but it was not appropriate for his salesman to call me one. More
I went to check out a 2024 Nissan Rogue and Murano, was welcomed by Dakota Smith. Dakota introduced me to the manager, the dealership is very professional and attentive with no pressure. This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of ex They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. I am a disabled veteran and was not very happy when I left. Veterans stay away for your own good!! Less More
First, we DO NOT recommend this dealer, because they are dishonest and opportunistic. We arrived with the intention of selling a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, the car was still financed. During the waiting process, dishonest and opportunistic. We arrived with the intention of selling a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, the car was still financed. During the waiting process, my husband wanted to buy a new car that he liked, and we were looking at a lower monthly payment than what we had on the Jeep. They showed us a 2024 Nissan Kick S and a 2025 Nissan Kick S was in the room and the price of both was the same, so my husband decided on the 2025. After all this, we already had 5 hours of being there waiting for the numbers for the Jeep and what they were asking for extra to lower the monthly payments. 5 hours in my husband's health condition was a long time, he was already anxious and wanted to leave. They took advantage of this, because I say it, because we offered to give them our 2020 Kia Sorento that had 60,000 on it to help with the monthly payment. They accepted and said they were going to give us $11,000 for the Kia, it was very little since we could sell it for more. But since my husband was tired of waiting, we accepted. Afterwards we waited to sign the documents and unfortunately, we signed, because I say unfortunately because although the person explained that we were signing, I did not see that they NEVER gave us any credit for the Kia, they only gave us credit for the Jeep. And it does not end there, the next day we returned to the Dealer because they could not program the phone in the car to be able to see the map and the applications. After about 2 hours Nissan was called to help with the procedure because they did not know anything about the vehicle. (just sell it) The person from Nissan said that the 2025 Kick "S" did not have the programming, that this programming was removed from all the 2025 "S", this programming is very important to us because we travel and use Waze to view the map. They showed us a 2025 Kick vehicle, but I think it was an SV, they said it was two levels higher, but then the monthly payments were going to be higher. Which they knew that we did not want a higher monthly payment. Then they offered us the 2024 Kick S which was not the car we liked, and that it was going to have a discount... a discount of $1,200 dollars. In the end for a 2024 we are paying the same as if it were a 2025. And after another 6 hours at the Dealer, I lost my day of work. We leave with a vehicle that we really don't want, and we don't like. And seeing all the signed documents, I'm still looking for the $11,000 credit for the 2020 Kia Sorento that I gave them. In other words, I DO NOT recommend this dealer and the next time I go to buy one, I'd rather go to Jeep in 441 or Kia in Leesburg. More

He explained everything that needed to be done for my 60,000 check up and suggested the most important things to take care of first. I will go back periodically to get the other things done to spread out the costs. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done quickly so my wait time was kept to a minimum. As I was about to leave, I thought to ask if my spare had been checked and when he realized that it had not, he did it himself and filled it with the appropriate amount of air. It is a true pleasure to work with all the folks at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. More
