Second Purchase My first time dealing with Maus was at the New Port Richey site, I did alot of searching on line and that's where I found the car. I was able to have all the work I needed to be done in Crystal River. I took my car in for my free oil change and tire rotation, and a salesman asks to speak with me about trading in my car. Although I needed more seating than what my car had I hadn't really given a thought about trading it in. There wasn't a pushy salesman, just a very nice salesman willing to help me if I wanted to trade. I couldn't make up my mind, but the next day I was back, drove home in my SUV. Although I'm still getting use to the difference of a 4 seat to a 7 seat, I've enjoyed everytime I go out in it. Even better I still have the extras on this SUV too. More

He even offered a form of compensation to make up for our issues. Unfortunately, we aren't able to return to the dealership service department. However, if people would take the time to voice their concerns or their issues directly to the manager responsible...and communicate together...things may have a way of turning around. A+ for communication and compassion and really listening for Mr. Cory. More
