They broke my wheel lock. Service advisor offered to pay. This was after I got home to notice the damage. Incompetent techs. Had to ask for a loaner car as part was ordered. Before this he wanted me to come back after the part was ordered. Kept the car for the part which was fine, but didn’t clean the car for us. You would think they would do this ahead of time especially as how dirty the car was. I will go back to NPR from now on. More

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait time whenever I have to have a service. Usually at least 2 hours for oil changes.
