Great Dealership experience I went to this dealership with my spouse on recommendation of an acquaintance and am I ever glad that I did! We were originally planning to buy a pre I went to this dealership with my spouse on recommendation of an acquaintance and am I ever glad that I did! We were originally planning to buy a pre-owned vehicle but the quality of the new vehicle and service after the sale plan were so appealing that I was convinced to buy new instead. The last time we bought a new vehicle was 2008 and owned that one for 10 years. We plan to own this one long term as well. The staff at Maus in Crystal River were very professional but friendly as well, they did their utmost to assure that we were comfortable and well cared for while we were going through the process of purchasing a vehicle. Brandon, our sales person, informed us that he was new to the dealership but he answered all our questions referring to others when he was unsure of the material in question. Our financial officer was very helpful and had our paperwork done in a timely fashion. Overall we are very pleased with the service here and recommend this dealership to anyone looking to replace a vehicle. More
