Blake got us in promptly and we were treated with courtesy and respect. He would return our calls promptly if we left a message and he was also very honest with us. Purchased new 2025 Nissan pathfinder on 1/31/26 and after 6 weeks checked my glove box and noticed that I had 4 lug nuts in a pouch and another velvet pouch that was suppose to contain a key for the anti the 6 weeks checked my glove box and noticed that I had 4 lug nuts in a pouch and another velvet pouch that was suppose to contain a key for the anti theft wheels. In the pouch was an identification card to register but no key. The ID card has 3 different numbers to associate and register, which will provide you with the correct part number for key necessary to open lock. I called Jenkins and spoke to two salesmen Greg and Riley and the service manager Angie. All 3 said just drive in and we will give you a key. I explained to all three that it would be 100 mile trip and 3 hours out of my day. All three said that they would have to see the car to ensure its the right key. Once again I attempted to explain that the key is registered and I have the part number for the key, that didn't matter it was necessary to see the car. Evidently they have a "Junk"drawer of keys because they I guess don"t refer to part numbers but have to take a variety of keys with them to see what fits. Their other answer was to take my car to a closer Nissan dealer( 23 miles one way) obtain and buy the part and they somehow would reimburse me, how generous! This part is $11.71 and I"m driving 100 miles to get, I don't think so. Hopefully the personal at Jenkins Nissan will educate themselves as to using the computer and work on customer relations. This dealership was so worried about feedback that they wanted to 'help' us fill out the Nissan survey because it is "difficult "to understand. The survey is not difficult to understand, it's just that my answers may not have been what they wanted me to fill in. I have ordered a replacement key, hopefully I will not have a flat before the key arrives. It amazes me that they can sit on their xxx and tell me to drive around so they will not have to do their job. I'm sure the liklihood of getting reimbursed for the key plus the silver touch up paint that I paid for will never get More
If you need a car, Manny at Nissan is truly the man with the plan! About two months ago, I bought what I thought was my dream car… but it didn’t take long to realize it just wasn’t the one for me. I reac the plan! About two months ago, I bought what I thought was my dream car… but it didn’t take long to realize it just wasn’t the one for me. I reached back out to Manny, who I had previously purchased from, and of course he came through again. He had exactly what I wanted sitting on the lot — a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. When I arrived at the dealership, Manny already had the vehicle parked out front and ready for a test drive. I wasn’t completely sold at first, but Manny never rushed me or pressured me. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time — after the third test drive, I knew it was the one! He gave me a great value for my trade-in (basically matching what I owed) which made the process so much easier. The finance manager, Karen, was also fantastic. She worked her magic and my payments ended up even lower than we originally expected. To top it all off, once everything was finalized Manny made sure the car got a full detail and a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. I left the dealership over-the-moon excited about my new Pathfinder! The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly fun. Manny’s knowledge, patience, and customer service are unmatched. Safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else when it’s time for my next vehicle… although I love this Nissan so much I might never upgrade! Highly recommend asking for Manny if you’re in the market for a car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

Thievery and conniving us the sales mangers strong suit. Sales agent was excellent. I other review said exactly what happened to me. Put 2,000$ more on sales price. Then a bunch of bogus add-ons to wipe out my trade-in. Then, surprise, stuck in extended warranty for $3,409, not even as good as the CPO warranty that came with car. . Car is faultless, so far, but some people in this sales group and the finance lady, need to be prosecuted, for theft and abuse of the elderly, handicapped citizens. This facility stinks !!!!! More
This was a great experience. I drove from Tampa on a whim. The car was at the top of my range for me and I went there with very little expectation. The truck was perfect. Eve I drove from Tampa on a whim. The car was at the top of my range for me and I went there with very little expectation. The truck was perfect. Everyone there really did everything in their power to get this car closer to a reality. We ran into multiple hurdles but the team kept pushing through. My 2023 Nissan Frontier buying experience was such a pleasure and I felt like I was working with family. There were even fresh cookies baking and they were delicious! I dread car buying and I couldn’t have been happier with how this all went. It was around an hour drive for me that I would gladly make again. Thank you More

The sales experience was absolutely horrible. The process is extremely sneaky making everything unnecessarily difficult. They keep trying to add fees in and justify them without proof that these fees went into something towards the vehicle. So be aware, you will need to add $5000-$6000 dollars plus to the price of the vehicle you see online due to the extreme amount of charges they tack on. There little explanation as to what these fees are for and not even proof of the services being completed in exchange for the fees. For reference, this is without an extended warranty. Overall, I felt misled and pressured throughout, and it was clear that transparency was not a priority and at one point our salesman even “took us on a tour” so the sales manager could finish a sales deal without us hearing at the desk near us. As far as the condition of vehicles go, the “certified” used vehicles are not even being cleaned properly. Some examples include strong cigarette odors, screens and windows covered in a dingy film, and the seats and doors were also dirty in 2 vehicles that were test driven. One of the ones we test drove also had the coolant filled to the top (far exceeding max level), so I am unsure if details are important to the service team either or perhaps this would have been checked during their 167 -point inspection. Keep in mind this inspection adds a “mandatory” fee of nearly $1400 to the buyer. They also say they have to add $900 fee for paint-protection system, which again is “mandatory.” And definitely don’t think about getting approved by your own bank and coming in with the draft ready to buy. Although this would seemingly make shopping easier, they were very concerned with not getting the financing from their “preferred” banks due to a proclaimed “kick back” they get for doing so. The salesman was nice but I feel they need to know a bit more about vehicles in order to sell them. Perhaps Jenkins should invest in training, providing a more knowledgeable team and stop focusing on the “additional fees” for profit. I assure you, customers are looking for a place to buy a car without all of these games and hidden fees. Just be upfront with your customers and let them choose what they want, don’t force it down their throats. Overall, I would strongly caution others before doing business here, customers are definitely not their priority, it’s all about their bottom line. More
