Sales agent was excellent. I other review said exactly what happened to me. Put 2,000$ more on sales price. Then a bunch of bogus add-ons to wipe out my trade-in. Then, surprise, stuck in extended warranty for $3,409, not even as good as the CPO warranty that came with car. . Car is faultless, so far, but some people in this sales group and the finance lady, need to be prosecuted, for theft and abuse of the elderly, handicapped citizens. This facility stinks !!!!!

Price NEGOIATED was $16,000, down from asking $17,295. Hand shake , then a 5 hour wait, getting sucked by the hour. Finally, finance woman gets me to her office, shakes a piece of paper in my face, said, "this the price of the car?, now 16,091. . I was so sick, didn't question it, she was very intimidating. When I got the papers, just signed whatever, to get out of there. New price jumped to 18,091, plus stuck a warranty in me, that's not as good as CPO warranty, which , nothing was explained. If this isn't bogus selling, tell me what is. I'm want the extra 2,000 dollars I was conned out of. Then I will be mostly satisfied. If no, I'm not letting this slide. And, as I didn't know the CPO warranty was so good, but sales did, explain why the expensive extra warranty was tacked on. First response, getting sicker by the hour. Covid, again.
