Mind blowing experience I had my mind set on a used car and walking into Jenkins Nissan that’s what I was looking for. She pulled my credit and gave me a few options ( knowing I was a little credit challenged). To my surprise she worked it out with a brand new 2019 Nissan Sentra. Deceiving and Manipulative I was told I was leasing a all wheel drive.Left the dealership too quick because they where closing. when I got home my husband found out it was a fro I was told I was leasing a all wheel drive.Left the dealership too quick because they where closing. when I got home my husband found out it was a front wheel!!!!! We called early next morning to see if we could get out of the lease into a purchase or even into another lease with all wheel drive but they said no they could not do it.. Spoke with Mr. Clark said he was trying to dealer to dealer swap. But we didn't believe him since he never called back to touch base. we did find all wheel drive in local dealerships. Another Nissan Dealership in Winter Haven told us Mr. Clark could of broken the lease but chose not too!!! WE will not return to this dealership. As soon as we are out of this lease we will be giving our business to the Nissan dealership for there honesty and taking their time in explaining everything to us. More

Mixed Feelings I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times t I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times to hopefully get it right, so far so good. Not sure if it was mis-diagnosed each time or a process of elimination. It is just alot of time and miles back and forth to Jenkins to make the repair right and spend extra money that you believe may not have needed to be done in the first place. Thats my opinion. Your service advisor, Dave, and others I may have spoken to were all very professional and nice to deal with. More
