Great Experience from Start to Finish! As my 2006 Hyundai Elantra was reaching its end, I began looking for a new Nissan. I visited a Nissan dealership in Jacksonville where I worked with a As my 2006 Hyundai Elantra was reaching its end, I began looking for a new Nissan. I visited a Nissan dealership in Jacksonville where I worked with a really nice salesman and I was so close to signing for my 2014 Nissan Sentra, however due to it being late on a Saturday evening, I had to wait until Monday to get approval from the bank. I did not know at the time that this was my sign from up above. That Sunday I called Jenkins Nissan after seeing the great deals and rebates they had going for the car I wanted and next Saturday I left the lot with my brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra. Rita Garrison and I made a connection that was not a normal customer-associate relationship. She spoke with me like I was a child of her own. I felt as if she genuinely cared about helping me find the best car at the best rate. I called her numerous times throughout the week leading up to Saturday and everyday I called her she was eager and willing to answer all of my questions. Once I got to Jenkins Nissan, Rita introduced me to Vince Maguire who was also awesome! Vince worked with me to get me the best price, payment plan, and interest rate. I could not have been more happy with my purchase and I'm so glad I waited to get my car from Jenkins Nissan. Chris Yates in finance was also very helpful and kept me entertained while signing all of my paperwork. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you! More

Horrible Experience with Continued Lies Purchased a brand new Nissan Altima June 2013. Had issues starting 1 week later. Passenger Airbag would turn off and radio would go black. Have taken my car back 6 times total- and yet to be corrected. Krista from inside sales called and represented herself as "Upper Management" at the facility. Basically just tried to get me to buy a new car. Stated she would take care of radio and seat issues. Parts dept calls me today to state they knew nothing about the radio after Krista stated it had been replaced. Another Nissan Employee clearly doing an excellent job of misrepresentation. Would not recommend this location to anyone. More
