Everything was great. They got me in and out in under an hour. Only suggestion would be even the most basic oil change places check things like brake wear and rotate tires for free. Great place to lease a car! This is a great dealer to Lease a vehicle and service is usually very good. However yesterday, February 6th was not the best day for service. Over 2 hour wait for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation with an appointment. After 2 hour wait had to go and ask the cashier where my car was and she had to go find my service agent (Angel) to find out car was finished and sitting in the pick up line. Not the best Customer Service in my opinion. More

Excellent Service from Justin Justin was great from start to finish. He helped me get the deal I needed and went above and beyond to make sure that the sale was a success and that Justin was great from start to finish. I had been to many other dealers and this was the first where I felt comfortable and like Justin was listening every step of the way. After the sale was complete, he helped me set up bluetooth, made sure the car was exceptionally clean, and that I understood all of the features. By far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Good Service but Missing Finer Points We purchased our Nissan Sentra new from Jenkins and have had the oil changed twice. Unlike most car dealers, Jenkins doesn't vacuum the car. David Cogel was mean loud and verbally abusive. He had me crying with the way he treated me. I always tell the truth and all my experiences have been 5 stars until him.
