Your service people have adapted your suggestions to my needs. In my last visit in May, it was suggested that I come back in 5000 miles or 3 months. At 150 miles a month, and the car not exhibiting any visible problems (and technical areas are not in my skill set) Sean addressed the items that needed attention. More

Disappointing service I have even to Jenkins Nissan several times to service my Nissan vehicle. This past visit I was so disappointed in the level of service I received (or I have even to Jenkins Nissan several times to service my Nissan vehicle. This past visit I was so disappointed in the level of service I received (or in this case, did NOT receive.) Dropped my car off for my 11:40 appointment, came back right around 2 to drop off my husband’s car, hoping my car was ready so that we could continue our errands. The service advisor that took my husband’s car said she would find our for us... Moments later, she was gone. Finally I went up to ask the cashier desk. My car had been there the whole time.... I never got a call or any kind of update on my vehicle at any point during my service. THEN, the same thing happened to my husband’s car... The service manager tried to tell us he was looking for us for “30 minutes in the rain” even though the one time we DID hear about his car, it was via the phone, so the service advisor KNEW we weren’t there after I got my car... It was just a lot of wasted time and missed opportunities. More
