Outstanding Service I recently had my 2015 Altima totaled and needed a new car quick. I gave Jenkins a try first because I already bought 3 cars in the past from them and I recently had my 2015 Altima totaled and needed a new car quick. I gave Jenkins a try first because I already bought 3 cars in the past from them and always felt comfortable there. Camille helped us pick out our new car and worked hard with a finance person to get the price and payment we wanted. We picked out a new Altima and we absolutely love it! The car has come along way in 4 years. Camille was excellent in helping us get the car we wanted without pressuring us like most dealerships tend to do. Thanks again to Jenkins Nissan and I highly recommend their dealership! More

Oil change I got what I ask for and at a great price. I made an appointment for 8:00AM on Tuesday. I got there 20 minutes early I got my car back a little over an hour later at 9:10. Every employee I had dealings with was friendly whether or not they were involved with my service. The dealership was large and had a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks available. More

From start to finnish, he has been very understanding, courteous and kind. Me and my wife really appreciated that! Regarding the car: I was surprised that the signal had problems... a new car should not have any problems like the signal light.... This should* have been taken care of prior to the sale, and it wasn't. Now I'm finding problems with the idle... when I shift into neutral, the engine races... This may be a computer problem. Whenever the car is shifted into neutral the RPM's should go down.... not go up above 3,000 - 4,000 RPM's.... I'm taking it to the Service dept. to take care of the above problems... I hope this can be resolved once and for all. More
