I went in with a less than perfect credit score, buried upside down in my other car, and not a lot to put down. But somehow they did it. They got me into a brand new car with an awesome interest rate!!!!! I can’t thank Albert, Jose and Leon enough. Class acts from start to finish. They made it a very easy process. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Jenkins Nissan and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thanks guys!!! More
Bad Paint on a Brand New Car The latest and greatest on how Nissan, especially Jenkins Nissan, works. Jenkins Nissan does “not” have a body shop, so the Service & Parts Director M The latest and greatest on how Nissan, especially Jenkins Nissan, works. Jenkins Nissan does “not” have a body shop, so the Service & Parts Director Mario Scuderi informed me on a few occasions. I picked up my car from Jenkins Nissan on Wednesday. At this time is when I spoke to Mario Scuderi who advised he was the one who received my complaint paperwork from Consumer Affairs. While I was picking up my car he did a walk around, with another gentleman Anthony Bearden, and said there was definitely an issue with the paint. He also stated that Nissan saying that it was from rocks or a wax machine burning it doesn’t seem accurate because if that was the case there would be dents and white marks from the rocks and swirl marks from the buffing machine. He was not able to see either of these issues. At this time he told me to call and file another Consumer Affairs report and give them his name, which he provided his business card along with his cell number if there were any issues. Within the next hour I called to file another claim. Jasmine, would not advise last name, called back and stated the “inspector”, his name is Jack, from the previous case refused to open the case again. I called and left a message for Mario, which shockingly never received a call back. I then received an email from BBB where Jenkins Nissan was requesting that I call and speak to a service manager. Well guess who I get to speak to again, Mr. Mario. Now he is stating well there may have been swirl marks that we can’t see. We have to go by what the Nissan inspector tells us. A limb damaged the front bumper, lights, fog lights etc on my car in February of 2017. So he is stating because when the repairs were done they must have waxed the entire car and burned it. Now first off the car had marks when I purchased it that they had to fix. So lets not forget this has been an issue from the get go. My daughter’s Altima also had scratch marks when we purchased it and had to be fixed. Bet you can’t guess where they sent it?!?! Jenkins Collision Center @ 120 S. Ingram Ave, Lakeland, FL aka Jenkins Lincoln. Second he claims they do not do body repairs so it isn’t their shops issue. Third what he fails to tell you is that they are affiliated with the body shop that they do send you to. They recommend you take it to Jenkins Collision Center which is the body shop for Jenkins Lincoln. James F. Jenkins is the registered agent listed for Jenkins Nissan and ironically has an address listed as 941 E. Main Street, Lakeland, FL 33801. Well guess what?!?!?! This is the address for Jenkins Lincoln which is where they use for collision. So please tell me how this is just not on big vicious cycle that a large corporation sends you on and hopes that you get tired of dealing with it and finally disappear. Well I am one thing, tired, but I have been tired all my life so me disappearing isn’t going to happen until something changes. More

Poor service and I was mislead My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. Before I went into the dealership I made sure I called Kendell and informed her the exact vehicle brand and mode I wanted. I also expressed that I lived an hour away and I didn't want to waste her time or mine if it if the vehicle I wanted was not an option. Being that a purchased a Brand new vehicle from them 4 years ago I trusted what she said. She told me that I am a loyalty customer with Nissan that they would do everything to make it happenand that I could get the exact vehicle I wanted for around the same payments, When I arrived she greeted me and I sat down with very nice man who's only been working there a few months.. not only did they waste my time but the payments were over $200 MORE THAN WHAT I WAS ALREADY PAYING. When I explained to the man what Kendall and her co worker Recardo promised me, he stated that he;s never heard of that happening before. He then called them on the phone to have them come out of the glass room, which was clearly visible and speak with me. Not only did they never come out, my fiance and I were the only customers in there! They were on their cells just ignoring us, while we watched them. After waiting for a while and watched strolling on their cell phones and conversing in the room with other employees laughing, I asked the man that was helping us to pull the recording if he thought we weren't being honest.. he then stated he didn't want to go through all of that.. We then walked over to the room where they all were and they still ignored us.. long story short I drove almost an hour and a half at rush hour for them to lie to me just to get me in the door! And then could not look me in the eye and be honest! My first car was a Nissan and my whole family has Nissan's. We will never purchase another Nissan again just from this experience! I feel like I was mislead and lied to and no cared.. They just wanted my sale. These people will say whatever it takes to get you there! More
