Two Men Fighting in the Sales Office??? Buyer BEWARE! My husband and I were in this dealership today with our 8-year-old child. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the rec Buyer BEWARE! My husband and I were in this dealership today with our 8-year-old child. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the recent past. We were sitting at a salesman's cubicle in the middle of the floor and our salesman (who was fantastic) was in the sales office working on a deal--we were going to purchase TWO vehicles from them today. Out of nowhere we hear loud shouting coming from the sales office. One man storms out and takes off down the hallway while another yells at him through the sales office door. They took this argument down the hallway in clear view of all the customers sitting there. Doors were slammed, language was thrown around, and I look down and my child is sitting with her head down and her hands over her ears. I was livid! I promptly got up from my seat, went to the sales office, and told them how unprofessional and unacceptable this behavior was in a customer service oriented setting--let alone with a small little girl sitting right in earshot. We could clearly be seen but evidently these men had lost their temper so much they flat out didn't care. I was irate, my child was scared, and my husband was a little but in shock that we had just witnessed this outburst. Needless to say, they lost the sale of two vehicles today over it and we will not be back at this dealership! I will be contacting the General Manager and Owner of the dealership regarding this incident in hopes that it never happens to anyone else again. More
Lowest Price - Horrible Customer Service - Dishonest I worked with Nabil a week or so before scheduling to sign the papers on a new Murano yesterday. I made contact with Nabil several times in advance I worked with Nabil a week or so before scheduling to sign the papers on a new Murano yesterday. I made contact with Nabil several times in advance of the scheduled signing and asked him if he needed anything that could make the signing go as quickly as possible, and he indicated he had everything he needed. I called him the day before the scheduled signing and told him how important it was that everything go quickly because of my Dad's health. He assured me it would and estimated that it would take less than an hour to complete the signing. Yesterday, as we had previously discussed, I called Nabil to have him come get me from the dealership where I had just turned in my previous leased vehicle. I clearly told Nabil that I had my daughter and my Dad with me. Nabil called me a few minutes later and said he would be sending someone to pick me up as he was unable to do so. When the person arrived, I thought it was odd that they asked if my Dad (82 years old) could ride in the back but I said yes, thinking that they meant the backseat. When we got to the vehicle that was sent to pick us up, I understood why the driver had asked me about putting my Dad in the back. The vehicle was a small cargo-type van with only a driver seat and a passenger seat. At this point I was mad, hot, and tired so my daughter and I climbed into the back of the cargo van and sat on the floor wearing white pants riding through lunch hour traffic in Lakeland. Not only was it unsafe, it was uncomfortable. I called Nabil on our way to Jenkins Nissan and told him how I felt about it. When we arrived at the dealership, I was met by someone at the front door smiling and laughing asking me to forgive Nabil. I didn't find anything humorous about it. When I saw Nabil, he also seemed to think it was funny too and made an apology while grinning. I told both of them there was nothing funny about the situation! After the ordeal, Nabil had us sign a few papers and told us the finance manager was with a customer and that they would be with us soon. THREE hours later, we finally made it to the finance managers' office and by that time, I was over trying to remain calm and polite. Fortunately, the finance manager understood our frustrations and had us out of the office with all paperwork signed in about 15 minutes. I have NEVER waited so long to spend so much money. It took me less time to sign the paperwork for my mortgage than it did to sign for this car. If you don't have enough finance managers then you may want to consider hiring more so you don't lose future customers. The ONLY thing that I have positive to say about this experience is that their price was lower than other nearby dealerships and an employee named Robin whom I had limited interaction with but she was very polite and kind. UPDATE: On July 17, 2018, I leased a 2018 Nissan Murano from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Florida. The Salesman, Nabil (unknown last name), and I worked together and agreed that I would lease the vehicle from Jenkins Nissan, and in exchange, Jenkins would pay off my early terminated current leased vehicle. At the time of the negotiations, I was very clear in stating that I had a few months left on my leased vehicle but did not know the exact balance owed for early termination. Nabil stated that he had the VIN and they called the lease company for a payoff. This agreement was reiterated several times prior to taking ownership of the Nissan Murano. I have since received a bill from the previous lease company stating the total amount owed has not been received and if they don’t receive it in 15 days, we’ll be sent to a collection agency. I spoke with Nabil (via text) who referred me to Hamid (finance manager who handled the transaction), Hamid then referred me to Accounting where I spoke with Nicky and she assured me that she or Jose (a sales manager) would call me back (neither one did) even though Rashawn was listed as our assigned sales manager. I called Nicky again and was told by one of her co-workers in Accounting that Nicky had stepped away from her desk but would call me back in a few minutes, Nicky didn't call me back so I asked for any sales manager on duty at which time I spoke with Leon. Leon assured me he would help me. When I did not receive a call back from Leon, I spoke with Russell who wanted to know the details of the problem, which I was hesitant to go over again because I was tired of telling my story. Russell told me none of the people I had spoken to were currently available. I asked Russell for the highest ranking person in Jenkins Nissan to which he responded that he didn’t know. Russell eventually placed Leon on the phone and Leon became defensive when I told him of my frustration. Leon told me that I told Nabil at the time of negotiation there were only 2 payments owed on my early terminated lease. That is absolutely not true. I told Leon that I would contact Nabil. I received no answer and sent Nabil a text explaining how upset I was. As of today, I have not been contacted by Nabil. I also sent Leon an e-mail asking him to provide me with the contact information of the highest ranking person at Jenkins Nissan because I'd like to coordinate a meeting with them and Nabil. I have not received a response from Leon in this time sensitive matter. More

The car started overheating at idle on Friday night, so we brought it in yesterday, Saturday. We were very skeptical to bring it here because of the bad reviews, but Aaron eased our concerns. He gave us a rental free of charge, and due to the extra warranty, we had no deductible! Aaron called us back a little before they closed yesterday to let us know the car was ready but we could pick it up today. I went in expecting to get the "well, the parts were covered but labor wasnt", but i walked out with my car and no charge in about 5 min! Everyone was super friendly! Thank you Jenkins Nissan for the excellent experience! More
