Disappointed I agree with a few of the reviews on this site. Jenkins Nissan Lakeland advertises a mean game. However a lot of their employees have left and went elsewhere because of the dealership standards. The dealership has absolutely no CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Most dealerships welcome back their customers. This dealership could care less. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have recommended it to countless people at least 10 I can think of off the top of my head. I am in the market for a new vehicle and love the Nissan brand. I completed an inquiry via internet sales and got the terrible service of Internet Sales Manager Albert Miller. First he doesn't read an email effectively. They had a sale on a new vehicle with MSRP 28000.00. Internet price was 21490.00. I asked for his best price out the door. Since I have sold cars in the past I provided all the information he would need to give me this price. After several emails back and forth answering his questions that were all in the first email, he comes back with an out the door price of 24,500.00. He adds that since I am in a certain profession and a military veteran I might receive additional incentives. NO Crap. I had told him all this in the beginning. Doing quick math i came up with less than 23, 900.00. The difference is obvious commission. I recommend visiting Reed Nissan in Orlando. I will not recommend Jenkins ever again simply because of their lack or care for their past customers. Im very disappointed with this dealership. You see why they lost the number 1 rated Nissan dealership in the nation. More

Horrible Experience Me and my wife had a horrible experience at the dealer from start to finish. I called in and inquired about the sales event going on this weekend regarding the buy back program and rebates on a new vehicle. I explained our situation with our Nissan Titan and Robyn the “internet sales manager” as she calls herself said come right in and we can get a deal done but we have to come in the dealer. We rushed over there so she can hand us to a inexperienced salesman 3 weeks on the job. No problem. We went looking at the Altimas etc. all the cars were disgustingly dirty, bird poop, ants crawling all over and worstly: damaged brand new vehicles! We didn’t even think about test driving any of them cause they were gross to be “brand new” cars. I asked about what they were marketing and was basically told that they weren’t paying much more or matching KBB values for trade ins. Let alone never even gave us ANY numbers on the vehicle we picked. The finance manager sucked as it seemed he may have had plans to go out because we got no good answers from him except he couldn’t “help” us due to the negative equity even tho we drove from Riverview from being told they can. Complete waste of time! From beginning to end it felt as if our business was a joke to lure us in and wasted our whole night! So don’t believe for a second that they want to make a deal or earn your business because that’s the last thing we felt. We purchased a New Nissan Titan from them 6 months prior and I am absolutely shocked with the horrible service we have received . We passed 3 nissans to go there and completely wasted our time and we’re very disgusted with the filthy cars we were offered and the care. We felt taken advantage of just to come down for false hope. More

Bad lease agreement They wanted us to sign a lease agreement for 12,000 miles a year we told them we needed 15,000 miles a year or we would not sign the contract so they They wanted us to sign a lease agreement for 12,000 miles a year we told them we needed 15,000 miles a year or we would not sign the contract so they said OK will give you that payment for 15,000 miles a year so we signed the papers came home when I received my welcome letter it said the contract was for 12,000 miles a year I called the dealership I talk to the salesman he said there’s nothing we could do we signed the papers so they tricked us into signing papers for 12,000 a year I do not recommend going to Jenkins Nissan. More
