Be aware I have been getting my oil changed at Jenkins Nissan for years. Today I bring it in for a scheduled oil change and because I declined to do the high mileage oil change and let her know I had my Nissan for years. Today I bring it in for a scheduled oil change and because I declined to do the high mileage oil change and let her know I had my brakes and drive belt replaced a few weeks ago the service rep. Robin Rockey became combative and rude . When I paid for the oil change and got my receipt, I questioned why the complementary multi point inspection sheet was blank with an X on it , she said we’re not making any money off you if you only bring your vehicle in for an oil change. I purchased this Nissan rogue brand new and have kept up the maintenance on it and didn’t always use Nissan for that and the vehicle is in good condition ! Robin in front of customers and her own service manager was very rude condescending and said she was telling me like it is if we can’t make money off of you doing a $9.95 oil change they won’t do it ! I asked her what was any different than the other times I came in for oil changes and got the complementary multi Point inspection done that it shouldn’t be done this time. When she was forced to take the paper back to have it completed she or the tech falsified the information. I just had my brakes and drive belt repaired in the last two weeks (not at Jenkins Nissan) and she or the service tech marked it in the red( meaning needs immediate attention). I brought this to management attention. They said they are addressing it. Let’s see what happens Be careful, very poor integrity and attitude on her part !! More
