Asked why having my appointment at 11.45 a.m at 1pm my vehicle wasn't even on the lift he told me to be patient because he knows I came here for the low oil change price he offers and I should be thankful for this. I did not expect he could humiliate me this way. Shame on managers like him and of course on the whole Jenkin SC. Absolutely careless and misleading estimate for a service I have asked was provided to find out next day from another techn that it was for the front axle not the rear as i needed. Extremely disappointed. More
When I went in the night to buy my car. They were nice so we would buy. Had a deal to get a gift card to come in to dealership. Never rec’d My car was delivered and had one small piece th They were nice so we would buy. Had a deal to get a gift card to come in to dealership. Never rec’d My car was delivered and had one small piece that was messed up as it was delivered to my house. So week later I took my car into the dealership and the finance guy looked at it and said yeah we can take care of that no problem. Said the part would be ordered and he would call when he got them in. Never rec’d a call so I called back a week later and was told that they wouldn’t cover the $150 issue. I’m not happy with the car lot and by far will NEVER by a car or recommend anyone to this dealership. I will deal with a dealership that takes care or their customers and are honest with them and transparent about their intentions to make sure they get the car fixed. You can’t do business like this and stay in business. Winter Haven Nissan I think I would’ve been happier with. More
