Fair deal, excellent customer service Overall I had the most pleasant dealership experience so far when I bought my fourth vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler, on July 8th from Jenkins. My sales Overall I had the most pleasant dealership experience so far when I bought my fourth vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler, on July 8th from Jenkins. My sales rep Toni was excellent. Toni was very pleasant to work with, easy to talk to and prompt with service. She allowed me to take a second test drive with my partner which confirmed this was the right vehicle for us. Toni was kind but firm in her negotiations. She did not fall for any of my price lowering tactics. Overall I felt I received a fair deal for both parties on my trade in and new used vehicle. I do not recall the name of my financial advisor (they should carry business cards too), but he was amazing. He was very thorough and willing to listen to my concerns and find the best loan for me. The financial process can be long, but he was so friendly and funny the time went by quicker. I appreciated his kindness and felt that he had my best interests in mind. The vehicle was in good shape with no issues over a month later. Thank you for your customer service. More

I only go there because I have to I think they may have forgotten to do my oil change. As I was driving home the "time for oil change maint." alert popped up......I do not live nearby I think they may have forgotten to do my oil change. As I was driving home the "time for oil change maint." alert popped up......I do not live nearby to just run back over to get it checked.....every time I start the car.....this oil change due pops up. Nice people, but it's very busy so it takes longer than expected for the work to get done. More
