Andres was great to work with! The sales and finance staff were great to work with. Very pleasant and listened to my needs appropriately. Although the Nissan facility itself is look The sales and finance staff were great to work with. Very pleasant and listened to my needs appropriately. Although the Nissan facility itself is looking very run down, dirt and dust in the air vents and the bathrooms in poor shape along with the overall appearance of the showroom, offices, and cubicles. The finance employees are still using very old carbon style printers and non-digital scanning and e-signing technology. Maybe that's ok for the clientele they primarily service. I was frustrated with Natalie who was clearly new, she was the salesperson I initially spoke with over the phone. Very pushy and clearly did not understand how to "mirror" a potential client need. I asked for the specific car stock number provided, to be ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. It was the wrong vehicle when I arrived. Which made the process seem even more skeptical and caused additional anxiety. Other than the run-down facility, the good ole switcharoo, and disappointment by Natalie, it was a pleasant experience once the sales staff realized I was an informed consumer and was making my purchase clearly based on the price. Overall, as usual, it took roughly 4 1/2 hours to complete the transaction. More

Nissans wins again for the fourth time! After purchasing three Altimas, I decided to purchase a Rogue for the equal power, gas mileage, and extra passenger/cargo space. I was originally look After purchasing three Altimas, I decided to purchase a Rogue for the equal power, gas mileage, and extra passenger/cargo space. I was originally looking for a 2019 thinking it would be cheaper. So, Al Miller came up to me and convinced me to get a 2020 - especially because of the newest safety features like Blindspot object detection and auto highbeam assist - but also because it had a $3500 MSRP rebate! I actually (honestly) got unto a bigger and better vehicle all for $20/month than I was paying before. Thanks Jenkins Nissan and Al! More

Went to check on a tire warning! My Rouge is new, only 2,000 miles. I got a tire message saying to add air, so I took it to the dealer. I ended up with a bill for $281.16. I was t My Rouge is new, only 2,000 miles. I got a tire message saying to add air, so I took it to the dealer. I ended up with a bill for $281.16. I was told I needed a new tire and there was no discount even though it was new. I had to pay for oil change, filter, new tire, tire rotation and balancing. My sons are mechanics and they told me I was robed. Tires under 12,000 miles are under guaranty and the dealer gets a new one; no car needs an oil change at 2,000 miles and as no one showed me the tire I don’t even know if I really needed a new one. I was told all oil changes were $5 if I bought the car from your dealership but I was charged $44.90 More
