With an appointment I dont understand why an hour for a oil change is normal for them. Get your scheduling under control. The service was quick and good. Only problem was that the tech never told me what was wrong with my car. He came in and got me and said the oil change was done and he wrote on the paper some issues with my v tech never told me what was wrong with my car.
