David Cogel was mean loud and verbally abusive. He had me crying with the way he treated me. I always tell the truth and all my experiences have been 5 stars until him. This is a terrible place to buy a car from. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired- they tell you to make an appt and you still have to wait - I forget to bring in a coupon for expensive s customer service leaves a lot to be desired- they tell you to make an appt and you still have to wait - I forget to bring in a coupon for expensive service- called the very next day - they would not honor it - they try to oversell during your service visit as well - switched brands because of this - will not do business with Jenkins Nissan again More

Made an appt for oil change and tire rotation. Only did the oil change because of computer error and instead of fixing the issue told me I had to make another appt for tire rotation.
