Went in for service to leave with it unknowingly being not thorough. My car was great before the service. Always got it serviced in my home town, Miami. Great Service- Thank you Mr. Bentley I was in search for a New Rouge Sport and I knew exactly what I wanted. I searched for a very long time. It took some time to get a price I was comfor I was in search for a New Rouge Sport and I knew exactly what I wanted. I searched for a very long time. It took some time to get a price I was comfortable with paying we were sent to Mr. Bentley Sargeant who was patience, kind, funny, and really took good care of us. I felt like I was buying a luxury vehicle. We were treated with such kindness and respect. They didn't make us feel cheap. He also had a great partner (Spanish gentleman) sorry darling I don't remember your name but he took us on our test drive and showed us all the cool features of the vehicles. I always enjoyed the quality of Nissan products. The oil change service is even a sweeter deal. Thank you again for your amazing service. The only thing that I was not pleased with was that I did not see any safety precautions around the showroom due to Covid-19. No one with mask, no hand sanitizer stations etc ( this review does not fall on the sales rep) More on Nissan for being reckless. However ,Mr. Bentley was always cleaning his hands and making us feel safe. No issues with the service at all. The one complaint that we did have was the misleading advertisements on the website. Thank God I work in sales so I understand the tactics behind it. However , we came out with a great deal and in the end mama is happy. Oh and I can't remember the name of my finance guy but OMG he was amazing. Very detailed oriented which I love. Thank you again. More

Very Traumatizing experience He was very aggressive and when we said weren't interested and wanted to leave, he kept pushing us to buy something. We then tried to walk out and the He was very aggressive and when we said weren't interested and wanted to leave, he kept pushing us to buy something. We then tried to walk out and they kept asking us what they did wrong and what other car they could get us, when we made it very clear we just wanted to leave. It was very awkward and they either had poor communication skills or were just very rude. Overall, I never would step foot into this dealership again, I highly don't recommend. More
