I purchased my car in March. 2020 Nissan Sentra. I am not really upset with the service department as much as I am with the vehicle itself. I have been into the department many times since I have had the car really upset with the service department as much as I am with the vehicle itself. I have been into the department many times since I have had the car. Fog light out and needing to be totally replaced - 3 visits to the service department. Check engine and battery light on. Sensor on the the grill had to be replaced. This also caused my AC not to work. Also cause my car to overheat. Three visits to the service department. Now, a headlight has been recalled. Waiting on parts for the headlight to come in. Another visit yet to come. More

Made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation fir 11am, online the price was $81.00, when I brought the truck in a nd met with Mark the service provider he said the price for a diesel oi rotation fir 11am, online the price was $81.00, when I brought the truck in a nd met with Mark the service provider he said the price for a diesel oil change was $200.00, that only gas engines are the lower price. Then I was told it would take 2 hours to complete. After over 2 hours I was informed that one of the batteries was in need of replacement and there were other issues with the batteries and it was recommended that I get the corrosion kits. I asked if they was any discounts available, I was told that $30.00 would be taken off the labor. I also wanted to know how long it would take, i then was told the tech was having problems getting a filter undone. After 3 hours I asked if a car wash could be done since it was taken so long and was told no, that I could get a discount and get it done for $8.00. After 3 and half hours I told Mark that I needed to go and forget the car wash, I was told the truck was already getting washed by hand because it didn't in the automatic car washer and it would be right out. Approximately 25 minutes later the truck was done. The truck was not dried and the inside was vacuumed. Not sure why it took 25 minutes. In regards to the bill. The total was $409.76, Mark told me he was able to save me more money. In viewing the bill, I don't see any discount on the labor...i see that the oil change and tire rotation cost was 101.95, not $200.00 as I was told. I'm disappointed that it took nearly 4 hours to complete and oil change, tire rotation and putting in a new battery. Also that I was told I was getting a discount. Lastly that I was charged for a car wash. More

If you choose service it goes to a VM that is full! When you do finally get a human, you have to wait time for a service advisor to answer and that is another 20 minutes.
