Work not done, quoted one price ended up higher. Paid for tire rotation and tires were never rotated. Had recall but had to pay for other services to get recall done under warrantee. Well with The first couple of recalls that I had on my new 2021 rogue. We’re nothing at all no computer fine-tuning and that was it. They took care of me pretty quick that day. And for the latest problem new 2021 rogue. We’re nothing at all no computer fine-tuning and that was it. They took care of me pretty quick that day. And for the latest problem something happened to all the locks the alarm etc. took it to Nissan while I was on vacation in Texas College station Brian Nissan they couldn’t fix it I’ll bring it home take it where I bought it at Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Florida I did have to wait four days for them to get to me because other vehicles were in front of me to be fixed. But when they finally got to mine they were calling me within hours to come pick it up so that’s great. They’ve always taken care of me here since the get-go. Something that the Nissan dealership in Bryan College Station Texas had was a new service they were providing to customers while they were sitting in the waiting room it’s called (EYE SERVICE ) that would be a good idea to let us know what’s going on while we’re waiting for a vehicle check it out I’m sure your customers would love it.
