I was told by one of the service advisors/Tammie that surveys do not effect them. So, there’s no need to explain any further about the situation. My family has purchased 4-5 cars from dealership and I am I going to be trading in my car soon. But thanks to Jenkins Nissan neglect… I will not be buying my next car from there.

The same response to look good but when I asked at that time what that happens no one goes to Kendall Miller to let him know, no one resolve me at that time even told to Rick, the sales car person and the person in finance. That demonstrate lack of responsability, no respect for general manager and don't care about customer service, only one point that is to have the money in hand and nothing else. Every time I have the chance I spread this to other customers to stay away.
