Ashley was absolutely amazing. She helped me many times and had a great disposition during the entire time my grandmothers car was being fixed. She is honest and absolutely stays true to what she tells you. She shows empathy and works hard to help. Seriously, you are lucky to have her on your team and representing Nissan as a whole. If everyone followed her lead I think it would be an absolute win for your service department. Everyone else that I encountered was also quite nice. The people in the shop were so busy as well as all of the service writers etc. However, they paid close attention to everything. Some unexpected expenses came my way with this vehicle but the work that was done was great. The car feels like a new vehicle after it was all done. I really appreciate eveyone. More
