Noticed dent in hood after when i picked it up talked to a service mgr he took a picture they never called me back… said they were going to check security camera .. Called a service mgr about the dent he ne a service mgr he took a picture they never called me back… said they were going to check security camera .. Called a service mgr about the dent he never asked me about it during our Conversation Told need new differential $4800 .00 ..not true Just needed servicing..had it there 2 times for 2 days ..truck had squeak .visit cost me 1300.00 . Still Squeaked when leaving.. had a click when braking and told me i need Brake job.. paid for that and click still there.. More

Went it for brake pads on a relatively new car which is not driven that much and was informed that I needed new rotors. I think they could have been resurfaced and placed bake on the vehicle. Was told this is the customary for wear and tear of rotors 2 years which I didn’t think make sense. Was also quoted one price but was incorrect and it needed to be edited. If I had not checked would have overpaid. More
