I would like to say my experience at Jenkins Nissan was one of my best while purchasing a vehicle. Luis took the time to explain all the steps I would be going through to purchase my vehicle. Seat belt didn't work. Took 3 hours to tell me they didn't have part to fix. But I need brakes. Then it took another 3+hrs to fix brakes. Left dealership with assurance the would get part for seat belt (under warranty). Came back in 5 days later, at 8:30 when seat belt part was recieved,. Also had concern because brake smelled like burning rubber. They fixed seatbelt and found an improperly installed screw that was scraping on brake. Since I had just paid over $850 for all new brakes I was disappointed and not sure how much damage was caused. But what was really unacceptable is I didn't get out until after 1. Two days total between 11 to 12 hours. That is outrageous to be. More
