Service experience I have brought my 2016 Outlander to Jenkins in Lakeland twice. Both times, the customer service has been excellent. They are friendly and keep you up to date with the service on your vehicle. I explained what was going on with my vehicle. They listened to everything I said, and they fixed the problem. They also have a nice, comfortable waiting room. I will definitely go there again for maintenance on my vehicle. More

Great customer service The car wash service was very poor. The car was not clean. The carpets were wet. The Windows were dirty.
