Lacking in customer service. My daughter took the vehicle in for service. She has been to this location before but the service area had changed some and she wasn't familiar with t My daughter took the vehicle in for service. No one offered assistance as far as where to wait or what to expect so she wandered the dealership for a bit before finding someone and asking where to go while she waited for the vehicle. More

Best Service Ever I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loan I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loaner car and that was a shock to me. My car was ready in 4 hours. They washed my car and the icing on the cake was the service advisor replaced the battery in my key fob for free. This was a pleasant experience and I will return again. Oh, I forgot to add the oil change was only $6 dollars and it’s always only $6 dollars. I only take my 2016 Outlander Sport GT to this dealer for oil changes. More
