Awful customer service from your representative that checks customers in. I am a Jenkins Nissan customer (they are backed up two weeks for service), but due to an upcoming trip and needing an oil change checks customers in. I am a Jenkins Nissan customer (they are backed up two weeks for service), but due to an upcoming trip and needing an oil change I decided to give Jenkins Mitsubishi a try. I brought my car in on Saturday, November 6th, at 12:45 pm. My decision was based on the Jenkins name and the great customer service I usually receive from Jenkins Nissan, however, this was not the case at Jenkins Mitsubishi. The young man who receives the customer's car and checks the customer out was not at all kind or professional. I was treated like he was doing me a favor, complete lack of customer service. I will not be taking my Nissan Altima back to this location in the future. I will be returning to Jenkins Nissan and if I am faced with a situation where I cannot use Jenkins Nissan I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not at all dissatisfied with the oil change or the work of your mechanics, just the front counter. More
