We bought a new 2022 Mitsubishi Cross Ex in August of 2021. The vehicle was for my wife as she would not drive our Chevy Silverado 4 door, 4 wheel drive. The problem came when I had a major heart attack at midnight on a Sunday. Although she is an oncology nurse and knew what was going on, she refused to drive me to the hospital. Luckily, my daughter, also a ICU nurse, came and took me. We decided it was time to get something she would drive. After looking at numerous dealers, we settled on the Mitsubishi. After driving all three sizes of SUV, she chose the Eclipse Cross. XM Radio was very important to us and we were assured this had it. We were told we had $5.00 oil changes. None of these things were true. We went back the same day and let them know the radio was not an XM radio. The dealer said they would buy us an aftermarket XM unit and told us the $5.00 oil changes were not for synthetic oils. We attempted to exchange the vehicle for one that had what we wanted and were told the loan had already been funded and they couldn't do anything. We had to keep what we had. I went to get my first oil change 7 months later and 4,000 mi. When I went to the dealership ,I was greeted with all new people. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my buying experience, it was like a 180 degree turn. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and I ended up in a 2022 Eclipse Cross SEL loaded with a years less payment a vehicle with every option in the world. We can't say enough about the dealership and service we received. Thank you Jenkins! More

Terrible service from the lady who attends the front when you go to the car service I felt that she is racist against Latinos. I give zero in the entire service since when I bought the bus they gave it to me you go to the car service I felt that she is racist against Latinos.
