No problems. I took my car in for an oil change, and although I did not have an appointment, they took it anyway. Told me there would be quite a wait. I am new to Lakeland I walked up to the counter at service the guy was busy on his cell phone couldn’t look away from what he was doing. Another guy walked up and took care of me got me set up. I told him I was new here didn’t know the procedures. Got my car set up for service. And the car was done the young man came and let me know the car was ready we slept on the counter then he explained to me how the service department works at your dealership.
