For years I complained about my 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage having sway issues above 60 mph. I was told they could never replicate it. Then on I4 it swayed, a loud grind and the left front tire blew out forcin having sway issues above 60 mph. I was told they could never replicate it. Then on I4 it swayed, a loud grind and the left front tire blew out forcing the car sideways with traffic coming at me. I made it to the median. Took it to Tires Plus was the 2018 Mitsubishi has issues with the back axle rod and to take it to Mitsubishi. I did. Brought it to service and the techs could not replicate the issue. Then a year later I brought it in for another issue coveted under warranty asked them to check the sway issue again. Then I'm told the incident you had on I4 well it has to do with the tire rod and sway bar. The back doesn't have a sway bar. It's a solid tire rod. But they couldn't see it when I brought it in after the incident but now they can and it's allegedly related to the incident? Come on. Very dishonest. More
this is the absolute worst service department i’ve ever encountered. the service advisor Brett Murphy was rude inconsiderate defensive and unprofessional in his interaction with me when i explained that th encountered. the service advisor Brett Murphy was rude inconsiderate defensive and unprofessional in his interaction with me when i explained that the vehicle that was repaired by their service technician a month earlier was still having minor issues and the engine light lit up again. his tone was one of rudeness and defensive even hostile indicating that he may have felt i was accusing their service department of some type of error in repairing the vehicle, which was not the case at all. in fact i was calling to see if they could investigate further to see what more could be done to make the vehicle more dependable and safe to continue driving on a daily basis. needless to say i will NEVER use their service again not to mention consider purchase a vehicle from that dealership and will also be sure to mention to anyone else i speak with about how reprehensible and inconsiderate their treatment of a customer was in regards to my experience with their services More
