Came in for a starter issue. Also needed an oil change. Ended up being needing a battery replaced. Did so. As I got home, as I've had issues here before, I decided I needed to check under the hood. I knew Ended up being needing a battery replaced. Did so. As I got home, as I've had issues here before, I decided I needed to check under the hood. I knew I didn't have a new battery as I paid for. I called back Brett and he informed me it was done they probably just didn't clean the ports and he apologized. I gave them the benefit of my doubt. Next day, wife went to school and in afternoon car had trouble turning on. Eventually got it home. Weirdly enough, I had a missed call from Brett w a voice mail to call back. As I called back he informed me that due to a misunderstanding the new battery was still in the shop. A new battery I was told was replaced. This is completely a joke at this point. I will say this. Brett was awesome. He got a mechanic to come to our house to replace the new battery and was able to refund my money fully which I think was fair. It was righted but still a very unfortunate situation. Sadly, I will not be going back here due to this and other issues from the past that are not needed to be discussed here. More
