Sales rep., John Wyniger, did an excellent job! He was very thorough, kind, and thoughtful! Dom did a great job as well. I really didn't realize that I had purchased extra warrantee protection until I got home and reviewed the bill. I thought that I was signing for the Mitsubisihi warrantee that came with the new vehicle, not an additional warrantee. I don't believe I was offered the warrantee as an option, it was just assumed that I was buying it. I'm not blaming anyone but myself for not looking closer at the bill. As I said, it's overwhelming. I believe this is why I failed to note the added price. I called Dom the following day. He took the time to explain everything to me! One more comment that I wanted to make. A few months back, I was having service done to the Mitsubishi that I traded in. One of your mechanics (he was driving my car) and I was taking a test ride in my vehicle. The reason being, I had heard a squeak sound coming from the bottom after a recall part had been replaced. While exiting your side parking lot, a lady driving a Napa truck entered the parking lot and smashed into the front passenger side of my vehicle. I believe if the new cars hadn't been parked so close the the entrance and blocking the view of exiting traffic, the accident would have been prevented. When I purchased my new car last week at your dealership, I noticed that the cars were still parked close to the entrance blocking the view from incoming traffic. You might want to clear this area of cars. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for a good experience with the sale!! We are very happy with the new Outlander!!! More
