To whom it may concern, I was not happy with my service at the service department. I came on March 29th 2022 to get my oil charged and to see why my service light kept coming on. I spoke to Marie and told at the service department. I came on March 29th 2022 to get my oil charged and to see why my service light kept coming on. I spoke to Marie and told her what was going on with my car. They did a diagnostic and she gave me a report on what needed to be done on my car. She told me I needed my spark plugs change, filter replaced, oil change, and new windshield wipers. I ask will this fix the problem with my service engine light coming on and she said it should. I went ahead and got the service done thinking it was going to fix the problem but it didn’t. I came back 3 other times with the same issue with my service light coming on. They told me it was my gas cap not twisted on good, then my catalystic converter. I found out from customer service Brett that they didn’t do a full diagnosis on my car and was told other wise. He was not very apologetic or concerned on the issue I was having with my car. I talked to the manager and he wouldn’t do the a full diagnostic my car for free. I was very upset with the service because my car was still having the same issue and I felted I waisted a lot of money on service that didn’t need to be fixed on my car. I felt it that if they would have did a full diagnostic on my car, the problem would be fixed. I will not be brining my car back to be serviced there again! More
