No problems. I took my car in for an oil change, and although I did not have an appointment, they took it anyway. Told me there would be quite a wait. Got it b I took my car in for an oil change, and although I did not have an appointment, they took it anyway. Told me there would be quite a wait. Got it back pretty quickly and it had been washed and vacuumed. Excellent service. Staff was very kind. Offered water and helped make my wait comfortable. More

I am new to Lakeland I walked up to the counter at service the guy was busy on his cell phone couldn’t look away from what he was doing. Another guy walked up and took care of me got me set up. I told service the guy was busy on his cell phone couldn’t look away from what he was doing. Another guy walked up and took care of me got me set up. I told him I was new here didn’t know the procedures. Got my car set up for service. And the car was done the young man came and let me know the car was ready we slept on the counter then he explained to me how the service department works at your dealership. I was having troubles getting the appointment set up online I called and left a message and never got a return call. :At the beginning I did not have a good impression of the dealership or the service department felt better about it at the end of the appointment More
