I purchased a vehicle from Jenkins almost 2 years ago and recently had to replace a tire. The key to the lug nut locks was unable to be located. I took a chance since literally no one else in Lakeland wa recently had to replace a tire. The key to the lug nut locks was unable to be located. I took a chance since literally no one else in Lakeland was willing to help me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Austin in the service department, who was polite and professional. He not only assisted with that matter but was able to offer a replacement tire. The pricing was so good, I ended up getting all of the lug nuts replaced and 2 new tires. Austin is amazing!! More
