I came in skeptical from previous dealership experiences totally on guard against the excessive upselling tactics normally used by most dealerships. What I experienced is a group of people trying to provide me with an easy, stress free experience. They went above and beyond to solve any demands I made to get better pricing for my very used 200,000 mile 10 year old trade-in. They also went above and beyond what I could have hoped for when we hit a snag with the financing options available. The most amazing experience was with Jose (the manager) who solved what I thought was an unsolvable problem regarding the interest rate on the financing.. He was true to his word to make sure the sale and trade would be made as represented in spite of obstacles, like interest rates, out of his control. What I took from my experience is that this dealership, above any I've dealt with, is honest, has integrity, cares about their customers and will do whatever it takes to keep their well deserved, outstanding reputation.
