We drove 60 miles to complete the purchase of a vehicle we had agreed to price and terms and had even given credit card information for down payment. Rather than telling us upon arrìval that the car that was being "cleaned up" for us was somehow sold while being washed, we were presented with an older model with 10000 more miles on it as though it was comparable. After going through the excruciating part of agreeing on a price amidst apologies with an inept sales manager, the most aggregious part of the transaction came when working with the finance person who was so rude even the sales person suggested we talk to the general manager. I would not drive 6 miles let alone 60 miles to purchase another vehicle from this dealership More
Amazing customer service and vehicle! I had a good time. Only took 2 hours to get everything finalized and we weren't approved at first. Scott worked his magic and got us approved. Lisa convinced us they were better than the other dealership and Bronsons saved us from a bad deal on a 2013 stang at another dealership. I am beyond ecstatic with my 14 5.0. This is the 4th ne I have purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander and am very pleased with it. My experience with this Dealership has been OUTSTANDING. This is the 4th new car and this has been the best we Have ever been treated. I was looking for a Nissan Cube or Rouge on the Internet and saw a Rouge that looked interesting and clicked on it. Joanne Showalter called me and very pleasantly explained that I should drop by and see it. When I did she introduced me to Chad Suddreth as she was busy elsewhere. Chad was very helpful and brought the Nissan around and my family and I looked at it and I explained why I was looking for a certain type of car as I am long legged and the Rouge would work for me. He then ask me to try sitting in a couple of the new Mitsubishi and the Outlander fit. There was at no time was any hard sales tactics were used. He explained everything very plainly to me, and I said go ahead and see what can be done but I think we will be lucky to get through with the used Rouge. Chad was very respectful of me and my family. Chad introduced me to the finance man (sorry I don't remember his name), But he too was very thorough and explained everything clearly. More

Freddie "shady" Knight Went here recently just to check out a car I was interested in and test drive it. Brian, the salesmen, was a decent guy who seemed somewhat transparen Went here recently just to check out a car I was interested in and test drive it. Brian, the salesmen, was a decent guy who seemed somewhat transparent and not overly shady. I had no intention of buying this car, but I thought, "hey, i'll see what they give me on my trade in and maybe I'll consider it." They offered me an offensive trade-in value which was well below the actual value. This is when things went downhill. I was ready to leave and then Freddie "shady" Knight (I guess the sales manager? pretty pathetic) came to sales floor and attempted to explain to me with his first grader logic that this was a good trade-in value. He adjusted the trade-in value(still bad value), and tried to act like a good guy (sorry Freddie, people can easily see through your shade). They ran my credit and everything anyway to see what interest rate would be and yada yada. The interest rate they gave me was so bogus that you'd have to be a obsessed with the idea of having a new car to accept it. Again, Freddie "shady" Knight and his sad finance guy who doesn't know basic algebra tried to convince me this was a great deal (sorry guys, I was a college math tutor and am college educated). I wasted my time here at this sketchy Mitsubishi but it was a lesson learned. For unaware people considering this dealership, I suggest going somewhere else to deal with a professional. On the other hand, if you want to hear sad elementary school explanations from Freddie "shady" Knight (could be a better job about being less openly shady) on why he should be able to rip you off this is the place for you. Nasty, rude and full of racial comments Well when I went in, I was very clear about what I wanted and my maximum price. Was told that everything sounded doable. Ran everything and it came back good and was about to go in to sign the papers and that's when everything went down hill. The price per month was higher then the top end of my budget. I had to think about this decision as I have a car and it was more then my max. I got a call back from the sales manager Freddy Knight. Told him that I didn't think it would be a good fit due to the price. Freddy proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to tell my sales guy and got the other sales manager, Mario. Mario quickly crunched some numbers and came up with another price which was still higher. I told him I would think about it and let him know. Almost immediately after I hung up with Mario I got a call back from Freddy. Freddy told me that he was tired of people "ni***ring up his time". And I was also told that even if I were to pay him 100k for the car he wouldn't sell it to me. My sales guy Kip and the sales manager Mario were great. I obviously did not end up getting a car from this dealership. More
