My husband and I are both teachers and would never look to simply write a negative review. However, we were done wrong at this dealership and want to make sure people know before going there. We were given the old bait and switch after coming to an agreement on an online deal (on their website) with an online salesman. We had it all in writing and were guaranteed the deal. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have driven an hour to the dealership and would have looked elsewhere. The salesman who we had worked with online said he was looking forward to meeting us when we arrived. Long story short.... we got there to the salesman not to be found and the deal could not possibly be worked even though we had all the documentation to prove it was given to us. We were not offered to see other cars or anything to make up for the horrible way we had been treated and how they had done business, so we left. Save your time. Choose Carvana! That’s what we did, getting the exact same car for the price we wanted. More

I was interested in a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 SE that I saw listed on their website for $12,000. I called and spoke with their Internet Sales Manager that quoted me $14,000 because of discounts I didn't qualif listed on their website for $12,000. I called and spoke with their Internet Sales Manager that quoted me $14,000 because of discounts I didn't qualify for and added fees. I told him I'd meet him in an hour and drove there to test drive it. Once I got there I was handed off to a sales person to test drive the car. When we returned to negotiate and sales person immediately raised the price to $15,000 but we settled on $13000 with an OTD around $14,400. I called the sales person the next morning and told him I was interested in the car. I waited until Thursday and called to let him know I was on my way with a check. Luckily, I find out they tried to sell me a BASE MODEL instead of the SE model that I called about and test driven. They even put the wrong VIN on the paperwork they used to give me a quote. THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME! THEN THEY TRIED TO RAISE THE PRICE TO OVER $16,000! I called and spoke with the Sales Manager. He refused to explain how an internet price of $12,000 became $16,000. Everyone at this dealership is crooked. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! More

Best Car Buying Experience Prior to this car buying experience at Jenkins, I've HATED buying a car, but all of the team members I interacted with made me change my outlook. I live two hours away from Jenkins, but none of my local Mitsubishi dealers could even come close to their price! In fact, I was told by one car dealer "There's no way that's the price. They will add fees when you get there. It must be a different car." Tara was so helpful answering all of our questions over the phone. She was patient, honest, and great to deal with. She quickly provided an "out the door" quote, everything explained upfront, so we would know exactly what was expected. Once we arrived, Ramiro took over, and he was great. Friendly, informative, and had all of the paperwork waiting for us, with the exact numbers we were quoted. Shelly in finance (I believe this was her name) was also top notch! I enjoyed our conversations, and she helped me to secure a low-interest rate, and was able to wrap everything up quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to others! More
