Early is OK I tired to corridnate a doctors appointment and getting our KIA serviced the same day in Ocala. Well the doctor app. was really short and sweet, so o I tired to corridnate a doctors appointment and getting our KIA serviced the same day in Ocala. Well the doctor app. was really short and sweet, so off to KIA one and a half hours early. We pulled into service and Chuck greeted us and said not a problem, early is OK. He then checked out our Sorento and turned us over to Callie, very pleasant and by the way this lady can really mulity task. She took us over to Mitch in parts and he hooked us up with a paint color pen to match our paint, very nice. Having coffee Oscar greeted us our and asked us how we were and how our vehicle was doing. Oscar was and will remain our sales person, he is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We had a very pleasant morning with those folks. More

I was greeted by Lance (Service Manager) where we started the paperwork in his office. We were then joined by Jarrell (service writer) who finished up the paperwork. I went into the showroom and looked at the new Telluride and got a tour of the vehicle (Very Impressive) by Jamie. I then was introduced to another customer a retired military member and we talked until my vehicle was ready. A part was ordered for my KIA Sedona that I will return to have it installed. I cannot praise the Staff enough............In Military Terms.....ATTABOY....Y'all did a great job More
