Came in for recall repair. Was 15 minutes later than told. Very good repair experience. I asked to view the Soul Turbo GT with No salesman. A sweet young man (Mason) took me to find one. Since the timeframe was 2 hours, he gave us the option to stay at the dealership and wait for the car or to take a shuttle ride to the Paddock mall. Loved the attention to detail: seat protectors, viewing station into the garage, updates, and the choice to have your car washed on or off property ( car wash voucher nearest your home location). Lance even walked around giving away drink cozies and key chains to keep the waiting area upbeat and fun. You drive it and lights come on and it says you been in a crash. When we got the van from Jenkins Kia we asked if it was ever wrecked and they Sayed no . And after the 4th time of not fixing it the lemon law takes into effect. So we will see when I get it back this time. More
