When we went for service on 1/17/20 he came out to say hello. Next, Lance Gansky saw I was waiting for Chris Hansen, my assigned adviser, who was busy and Lance invited me into his office and signed me in. He also noticed my Army hat and thanked me for my service. Finally Chris Hansen, was great he went over the bill and explained everything that was done. It was obvious to me they are all on the same team, that being customer service and satisfaction. My personal note, I usually take reviews with a grain of salt, because people complain about trivial things. I have been a customer since 2017. I was very happy then and this review today is a good reason why I bought my second vehicle from Jenkin's Kia of Ocala. More
