Jenkins Kia of Ocala - Service Center

I went to Jenkins for my regular maintenance. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle while I was there. My salesman, Kevin Bruno, was great and very kind. He helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted in my purchasing a new vehicle while I was there. My salesman, Kevin Bruno, was great and very kind. Now, my experience does not end when I left in my new car. 3 days after my purchase I was involved in an accident at an intersection. I was struggling with the kia roadside service and could not get it to work. Not knowing what to do at 7 am I called Kevin and woke him up. He was amazing!!! Once again super kind and reassuring that he was going to get me a tow truck thru their service and he did!!! My car got towed to the Jenkins collision center where it is awaiting an estimate. I have been dealing with Jenkins Kia for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family!! More

Had gas cap replaced under warranty. Engine light was on. Problem fixed. Also got a nice free car wash and they actually dried it off.
